Why are people often getting fired nowadays? The most common reason is unarguably the COVID-19. Due to the severe pandemic that resulted in economic recession, the bosses of each company try to save as much money as they can. Because production processes are not easily managed, most of the companies are struggling with shortage of products, which causes them to fire workers. In other cases, if a certain place had a COVID contraction, that place should close the door and don’t let any customers come in.
Imagine you are fired all of a sudden., You should not hurry or panic. Try to find new work to do. Make sure that the new work is stable as it will be the job that you will be holding onto before you find a new occupation. For example, any part-time job that promises job security will be a good option. If the part-time jobs are not available, find your hobbies. Try to build upon those hobbies since they can be a useful job; for example, you can create a website shop. If you are good at designing and creating, try creating your own product! People have different preferences, which increases your chance of earning money through handmade products that you started as a hobby.

For the right that is related to being fired from a workplace, there is a right called an “Employee right.” It is a right that the workers, employees have the right to work and earn money. Depending on which state the worker lives in, whether that worker is working under a contract, or as an at-will employee, and how the employer typically handles terminations, the worker’s rights will vary.
