University of Southern California’s International Admission Officer visited Seoul Scholars International on April 12th. He went over all the programs they have by major and the admissions process as well. He mentioned that all programs at USC are 4 years but their architecture program is 5 years. In addition, he talked about the importance of essays and short answers. Students should clearly explain why they want to go to college and why specifically USC. Furthermore, international students should submit proof of English Language Proficiency by submitting test scores such as TOEFL or over 650 on SAT Reading/Writing or 27 on ACT English exam. When USC looks at applications, they evaluate students within their high school and USC does not have a waitlist and they do not have early action. Overall, Seoul Scholars students enjoyed the college visit and asked many questions about life in California as well as attractions near USC.
